ORAIK

ORAÏK came to life as a collaboration between Elvira Golombosi and Hector Lasso. Both artists are jewellers, each in a different but complementary way. With backgrounds in sculpture and stone carving, Elvira and Hector first crossed paths while completing their master’s studies in Jewellery and Gemstone Design in Germany. Their nomadic spirit led them to the Balearic island of Ibiza. There, surrounded by the open blue skies, rocky seashore and tranquil countryside, the couple pursues their vision of creating fine jewellery that is not only beautiful but also empowering.

Masks and costumes of indigenous tribes, mysterious prehistoric animals captured on the walls of caverns, archetypical symbols and images that transcend ages and cultures are the essential sources of inspiration for the ORAÏK jewellery collection. We are fascinated by ancient beliefs where jewellery was not a mere adornment, but a magical item endowed with supernatural powers.
