SOUND HEALING SESSION
Sound therapy. Sound healing session.
Personal Live Sound Healing Session: One-on-one sessions are deeply personal and profound. Lasting anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour and a half, Leah taps into the energy of the receiver to release stagnant energy and inject new light frequencies into the physical and subtle bodies resulting in an overall after state of wellbeing and resonance. Sessions are done live, via zoom, and it is suggested that the receiver wears good quality headphones or uses a speaker in order to ensure the highest quality sound and lies down in a comfortable quiet environment. After the session is finished, there will be a moment to reflect on the energy of the session. The session will also be recorded and sent for personal use after. The recorded Sound Bath can be used as a Guided Meditation focus on themes such as realigning chakras and energy, starting the day with positivity and focus, falling asleep, erasing anxiety, ect.

ABOUT THE MASTER
Leah Anita Cavazzini started her spiritual journey at the age of 19 when she was initiated into Paramahansa Yoganda’s Kriya Yoga Lineage. Dual Citizen of the United States and Italy, Leah grew up in the USA, and moved to Italy after graduating from the University of Delaware and started a career in fashion. Creative soul and seeker of truth, Leah kept her spiritual side mostly to herself, until 2020, when the world stopped. This was the time that Leah was also able to pause, reflect, and take a deep dive into herself. She found a profound love and connection to crystals that led her to her soul’s mission in this life – sound. During a sound bath workshop, she had a Divine intervention, her heart spoke to her in a way it never had before, telling her that sound was her medicine. The past year she has fully immersed herself in this practice and is a certified sound healer. Leah spends most of her time between Florence, Italy, and San Pancho, Mexico, sharing her sound through crystal bowls, connecting with crystals and practicing Kundalini yoga.
SOUND HEALING MEDITATION
Sound healing creates a positive resonance between the body and the higher self. When, through such resonance, we bring human beings, nature and the universe together in harmony, we touch the essence of the soul. Life in its manifestation is vibration’
Sound alchemist Leah Anita Cavazzini transmits her connection to the higher realms through sound with crystal and alchemic bowls. Sound baths can last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the energy of the session. A session consists of simply lying down, relaxing, closing one’s eyes and basking in the sounds of the crystal bowls. The vibrations emitted reattune the energy.
Watch as vibrations, like the ones Tibetan singing bowls produce, combine with deep meditations to heal and support wellness. Sound therapy can soothe mind, body, spirit, and emotional health, from healing music to sound baths. There’s a ton of research on the benefits of sound healing, which is why many health experts say sound baths are a promising tool. They’re not a magical cure — nor should they replace standard medications or treatments — but the practice can have a tremendous impact on the mind and bodyThroughout the sessions, people experience a range of physical and mental sensations. Most commonly, they fall into a deep state of relaxation. But participants have also had creative “aha!” moments, shed tears, and even slept. Others may feel very little.
